   Batco  Conveyors

The Batco line of conveyors are labeled as "the gentle giants" because they are built tough for high performance, yet are still engineered for gentle handing of delicate crops and commodities. 

Some features of the Batco conveyors include:

  • Gentle Handing - Specialty crops, seed, and some commodities are very susceptible to impact damage caused by conventional grain handling systems.  A Batco Belt Conveyor minimizes impact damage and helps protect grade quality and germination performance of seed.

 

  • Lower Horsepower - Batco's unique design requires half the horsepower of screw augers, saving energy and freeing up larger tractors for other purposes.

 

  • High Capacity - Maximum operating angle of 30 degrees.  Capacity increases as the angle of elevation decreases

 

  • Clean Convenience - Self-cleaning feature enables fast changeover to other commodities without contamination

 

  • Low Maintenance/ Long Wear - Engineered, designed, and built for rugged, long-lasting performance with heavy duty features like 2 ply rubber belting rated at 3,000 hours

 

  • Unique "S" Drive - Designed for harsh northern winters, the system drives off the grip side of the belt, eliminating slippage

 

  • Unique Collapsible Hopper - Patented design made from 22 ounce canvas tarp material.  Spring loaded to provide gentle cushion.  Collapses to 7 1/2" clearance
