Note: The only exception to the above are recently repaired units that have the following label on the bottom of the unit: "auto tune 6.8j" or "auto tune 6.8K." If your unit has this label it does not require a software update.

RX360P Receivers - all units and all part numbers

RX370P Receivers - Part Number 78-50148

Note: Units shipped with serial numbers 78-50148 2311 and above do not require the update.

RX400P Receivers - Part Numbers 78-50063 and 95-78023

Note: RX400P units that are using the Beacon or Omnistar feature do not require an update.

 

PRODUCTS NOT AFFECTED:

GPS Speed Sensor - Part Numbers 78-05068, 78-05070, 78-05071

RX410p Receivers - all units

 

OPTIONS TO UPDATE:

Return the unit to TeeJet Technologies in Springfield, Illinois.  Use the linked form to return the unit.  A $20 fee will be assessed per unit.  This fee includes return shipping charges using UPS or Fed-Ex ground.  Please include payment and a completed form with all shipments.  Please note that units with extended warranties will be updated at no charge.

If you live in the area and would like to avoid shipping your unit, another option is to bring it to our shop to be updated. The current hourly shop rate will be charged.  We are located on E-18, 33/4 miles from Highway 65, east of Zearing, Iowa.  See the "About Us" page for a map of the area.

All affected Centerline 220 units have to be updated at TeeJet.

The new WAAS Satellite 138 was shifted from operational mode to test mode. This potentially effects only units with serial numbers 75-30031-1440 and below.  The linked document below gives a complete explanation of what is happening and how units experiencing the problem can be updated in the field.
